Multis receives, assesses, repairs and prepares products for market demand. Our processes are supported by the technical and functional resources and skills required for the full dis-assembly, test, repair, assembly and configuration of IT equipment.

Our processes and product standards conform with the manufacturer’s product brands and our engineers are trained and certified to those standards. Our process maintains the integrity of the product bills-of-material and revision control updates. Products are produced, packaged and presented in an ‘as new’ condition with full revision and serial tracking for product and component levels.

Our technical product and process skills are supported by the standard functional and management resources; materials planning, procurement and control, production control, inventory control, product and process engineering and high-quality financial and IT systems. We can integrate with the manufacturer’s information systems to determine and implement revision levels and configuration controls using a minimum of manufacturer support. Our manufacturing control systems are specifically focused on the secondary supply chain and on the manufacturer’s information and control needs.
