Multis can act within the manufacturer client’s centralised or distributed processes to control and transact the movement of product from source to the appropriate processing point. Alternatively, Multis can provide an independent but controlled returns administration service and returns processing centre. All of the manufacturer’s requirements can be met with respect to customer contact, handling and packaging of product, transportation, returns and credit validation, tracking, reporting, problem resolution or escalation.
