Multis has extensive order fulfilment processes and systems which support our Remarketing service. We are experienced in providing a total service, including an order and customer service centre. All of our systems can integrate with those of our clients.

We provide support to supply-led processes (preparing and publishing availability and responding to requests) and demand-led processes (Offerings with lead time commitments are positioned, ordered and fulfilled).

Multis is experienced in providing ‘stand alone’ Remarketing processes or processes that combine with new product fulfilment. Our customer service desk operates on a global basis and provides inventory status and technical support for the manufacturer’s authorised customers.

We also have additional processes and systems at our disposal, which can be applied to realise and maximise asset value. These include:

Auctioning processes; We are experienced in fully applying, controlling and optimising performance.
Packaging Product Lots; Moving slow moving products at a competitive market value
Project Processes; For bulk and time scheduled sales

All order status information is maintained by Multis, in real-time and available to the manufacturer. The design and integration of the fulfilment processes is controlled by the manufacturer. Multis provides the full capabilities to configure an optimum and workable solution.
