Customised Reporting

Multis provides a comprehensive set of business reports that allow the manufacturer to fully understand performance, specific detail, and analysis the reports so that they can decide on appropriate future control or development action.

Our manufacturing control system automatically makes available a complete set of period reports. In addition, we respond to any requirements for customised reports that the manufacturer structures may need.

We provide the manufacturer with access to our databases so it can retrieve specific status information at any time. We also provide the client with a report writing utility to enable him to extract and format any combination of data.

As part of the service level agreement, we design and agree on a schedule of reporting with the manufacturer to enable a structured review and management of the business to be conducted. These will include financial reports, inventory reports, sales and backlog reports, performance reports measured against agreed metrics and control reports. These reports facilitate a structured schedule of business reviews which take place on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

In order to support the manufacturer’s standards and business practices, Multis will agree a level of access to the manufacturer’s databases. We have experience in accessing such data in a secure, controlled and confidential fashion. This type of data access covers areas such as bills-of-material for remarketed product, revision control data, pricing, etc. Access to this data allows Multis to operate the service with a minimum of manufacturer technical or functional support.

When Multis and the manufacturer agree the configuration of services and the levels and points of integration between the Multis system and the manufacturer’s, we then operate this system as follows;

- Multis processes transactions within our own system and provides details or summary information back to the manufacturer’s host system.

Or:

- Multis processes transactions within the OEM’s host system.

Or:

- A combination of both.
