Multis has a Customer Order Desk (COD) totally dedicated to supporting the manufacturer’s business needs. Our personnel are fully trained to handle all queries on product availability, list prices, order fulfilment and post sales support. We use our business system, SAGE to track all customer information related to specific orders. All our processes are authorised and controlled by the brand manufacturer.
