Business Management

Multis maintains a manufacturer account management structure. The business manager represents the client’s interests and communicates its requirements to Multis. This business manager also updates the manufacturer on Multis’ performance and service. By agreement, the portfolio of services, objectives and business rules are contracted by both parties. These details are then outlined in contract. The service level specified in the contract is the basis of the business relationship and determines how this will be conducted.

The manufacturer business objectives are managed to deliver results in a structured fashion:
The initial planning phase schedules goals, priorities, strategies and programs. These are agreed and executed by ‘joint resourcing’ under the manufacturer client’s control.

Structured reporting of project progress, goal achievement, scheduled management reviews and control actions are formalised. Operating plans schedules for performance metrics and standards are agreed and reported.
– Daily operation of plan with exception management processes (e.g. escalation)
– Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly scheduled reports
– Weekly and monthly reviews and performance evaluation
