Business Controls

Multis maintains a full and auditable set of business controls in accordance with the client’s instructions.

These include inventory movement verification and reconciliation processes, inventory cycle count and full physical schedules, process costing details, ledger movement details, summaries and reconciliation (inventory, sales, accounts payable), business and process audits, manufacturer compliance controls (e.g. import / export) and security controls and audit.

We also agree on the operation and monitoring of key performance metrics with the client. Our operations are executed and controlled to ensure our performance meets the standards of service we have undertaken to deliver.

All of the controls required by the manufacturer are incorporated into our Quality Management System.
