Multis and Nemonix hosted training days last month, which proved to be a great success for all those involved. Both customers and Partners were introduced to the Nemonix team who demonstrated their product offering and what there products can do to improve legacy VAX and Alpha platforms.

Multis at Connect Germany Event

Multis along with Nemonix are attending the HP Connect Event in Damstadt, Germany on the 18th and 19th of November.

The focus of Multis and Nemonix will be to show customers how NXRZ discs can replace and improve the performance of HP AlphaServer and VAX Systems.

Multis and Nemonix to host HP VAX and Alpha Training

Senior Nemonix engineers and Multis will be hosting Heritage HP Training Days for interested Partners and End-Users the week beginning 26 April.

Sessions will take place at Multis’ headquarters in Ireland hosted by Beth Bumbarger and Susan Skonetski of Nemonix Engineering and Tom Hogan of Multis.

Multis is the EMEA distributor for Nemonix, and the authorised (re)manufacturer of HP AlphaServers through the HP Renew program.

Nemonix, the leading supplier of Extreme Heritage Solutions, offers through Multis a range of products across VAX, Alpha and early Itanium. These include new SCSI disk drives, new Flash(!) drives, and replacement parts (using new materials and capacities) for CPU, RAM, SCSI, fan’s and all other failure components. Multis Group authorised by HP to sell Renew AlphaServer Products.

Multis Group has recently been given authorisation from HP to sell Renew AlphaServer Systems and Options directly to customers.

Multis Group, an authorised HP partner, will now remanufacture a wide range of AlphaServers Systems and Options and sell these directly to customers.

HP Renew products are guaranteed “as good as new” by the rigorous remanufacturing process, which restores them to their original condition and performance. Full HP warranty is standard, and HP service and support options are also available. This gives HP Renew products a strong position in the market and the competitive edge over other options.

The portfolio still covers several generations of Alpha technology and models, including the matching options and upgrades, covering the entire range from entry (DS10 up to DS25), to mid-range (ES40 up to ES80), to high-end systems (GS80 up to GS1280).
